 <li>Enables swift communication through a research-based augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) tool.</li>
 <li>Includes specialized "Staff Tips" to guide personnel in conversations with distressed and traumatized family members.</li>
 <li>Offers a feature to "Star" important icons during interactions, allowing for easy review in "My Icons" afterwards.</li>
 <li>Aims to save time, enhance clarity, and build trust during emergency situations.</li>
 <li>Remains functional even in the absence of mobile phone service or WiFi connectivity.</li>
